Before you publish.
Do I need a PopUsIn software plan?
No. Training Academy is standalone. If you already run bookings and customers on PopUsIn it simply joins the same login.
Who owns the course content?
You do, always. You set the price, and you can unpublish or export at any time.
How does commission work?
Direct course sales carry a 5% Training platform fee on both Training Academy and Pro. When PopUsIn genuinely introduces a new learner through Marketplace discovery, the first completed Training purchase carries a 10% introduction fee, then later Training purchases return to 5%. Card processing is charged separately at 1.99% + 25p for UK cards (2.99% + 25p for European/EEA cards).
Can I train my own staff instead of selling?
Yes. Assign courses internally and track completions and certificates for your team.
